- Understanding of the team’s unique style and profile and its effect on relationships, planning, decision-making, conflict-handling, and task execution.
- A list of the team’s style strengths, risks and challenges.
- Understanding of dominant team dynamics – imbalances, points of inefficiency or friction – and the patterns or assumptions that underlie them.
- A list of ways to perpetuate team strengths and improve team processes and relationships by balancing dominant tendencies or energies within the team.
